Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom items, opened food or treats, and items marked Final Sale.

How to Start a Return

Contact us โ€” Email our team via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.

Pack your item โ€” Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.

Ship it back โ€” Use any trackable shipping method. We'll provide a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Get your refund โ€” Once we receive and inspect your return (1โ€“3 business days), we'll issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to exchange! Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll set up an exchange for you โ€” subject to availability. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference; if less, we'll refund it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost โ€” and you won't need to return the item.
