Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom items, opened food or treats, and items marked Final Sale.

How to Start a Return

Contact us — Email our team via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.

Pack your item — Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.

Ship it back — Use any trackable shipping method. We'll provide a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), we'll issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to exchange! Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll set up an exchange for you — subject to availability. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference; if less, we'll refund it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost — and you won't need to return the item.
