🐾 Free shipping on all US orders over $50! We process and ship orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at our Track My Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your order ships.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking number for updates. If there's no movement for more than 5 business days, contact our support team and we'll investigate immediately.
